CAKES

What size cakes do you offer?

Depending on the order type (bento box cake or an event cake) the cake will be anywhere from 4.5 - 10 inches round. Upon request and usually with tiered cakes, I can bake up to 12 inches round.

*Square and Heart shaped cakes are also available upon request.

What type of cake icing (frosting) do you offer?

Italian buttercream

Do you require a deposit?

Payment in full is expected for cake orders at the time of ordering or no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled pick-up date.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery will be based on my availability and cost will be based on distance.

Can I order a cake on short notice?

We strive to accommodate all our customers' needs! However, to ensure we can deliver the freshest, most beautiful cake possible, orders placed with one week's notice or less may incur an additional rush fee of $30.

Can I order a "dummy" or display cake?

We do not create "dummy cakes" or display cakes. All of our cakes are freshly baked and fully edible (unless specified otherwise), designed to be enjoyed at your celebration.

CUPCAKES

How much advance notice do you need for an order?

Generally, I require 3-5 weeks advance time for most orders.

However, we can occasionally accommodate rush orders so its always good to check. Email or text me with specific inquiries.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, two dozen minimum. Only one flavor per dozen

Do you offer cupcake number cakes?

Yes

Tell me about your packaging.

Cupcakes are placed in a cupcake box by the dozen.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, cash app, apple pay, and zelle

CANCELLATION POLICY

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Standard Orders: Must cancel at least 2 weeks before pick-up for a full refund.

Special Orders: Orders with special request such as Toppers/Florals: Must cancel at least 3 weeks before pick-up for a full refund.

Late Cancellations (within 14 days): After the cancellation window has expired, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any orders placed within the cancellation window will not be eligible for refund.

***Please be advised that customers are expected to inspect their orders upon pickup and communicate any concerns at that time. Sweet Treats by Terry cannot be held responsible for any issues or damages to the product once it has been picked up.
